In-Patient Rehab

A good day.  Dad was more coherent and has lost almost all of the tremors.  He had conversations and recalled events in great detail.  Perhaps tomorrow he will be sent to Sumter and Tuomey rehab.  His surgeon seemed pleased with his progress. I really like his doctor, Carlos Alejo.

The real challenge is getting mom moved to Covenant Place.  She, deep down in her heart, does not want to go and yet we all know it is the only option.  There are lessons here for all of us who are following.  Get your act together early and make decisions so that your children don't have to have that burden.  Mom and dad have done a lot of that for themselves but this one big one they put off until it was a state of emergency.
