No Change

The entire time we were there today dad was confused and just not making sense.  He just did not seem to click today but he was awake most of the time.  He looks good physically and his vitals signs are good.

The wound and ostomy nurse came by and cleaned and dressed his incision, his sore places on his backside, and his colostomy.  I even watched and I don't have he strongest stomach so it couldn't be too bad.

He ate a pretty good bit.  Drank almost all of a chocolate ensure with some extra protein additives mixed in.  His caloric intake is the biggest concern right now.

Ray Simmons came by and after a bit Dad recognized him.  He asked Ray and I to lift him to a sitting position in bed.  We did it a couple of times and it wore him out.  He keeps rolling the bedsheets up for some reason.  For some reason he seems confused about what the sheets actually are and what purpose they serve.
